Where does SIEDRÉS ship from and do you offer international delivery?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey. We offer worldwide express shipping via DHL and UPS, ensuring your pieces reach you within 3-7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I determine the right size for me?

Each product page features a specific size guide and fit notes. As our collections often feature unique silhouettes and stretch fabrics, we recommend following the measurements provided or contacting our customer service for personalized advice.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?
